Having recently secured investment from Beech Tree Private Equity, our strategy is to continue our growth organically but to also make a number of strategic acquisitions.

Focus of the role

BCN Group Ltd are recruiting for a Marketing Manager to join their growing team at their Head office by Manchester Airport.  The role encompasses the day to day marketing activities of the BCN Group and long-term marketing strategy for the company.

Duties of the role include:

– Managing all marketing for the company and activities within the marketing department.

– Developing the marketing strategy for the company in line with company objectives.

– Co-ordinating marketing campaigns with sales activities.

– Co-ordinating marketing events with campaigns and customers.

– Overseeing the company’s marketing budget.

– Work with technical teams as well as sales leaders to integrate and support sales activities and resources. 

– Supporting and driving joint initiatives and campaigns with partner and vendors.

– Creation and publication of all marketing material and content in line with marketing plans and sales initiatives.

– Planning and implementing promotional campaigns. 

– Working with specialist thought leaders in the business to promote and enhance the customer experiences and interest in our services and expertise. 

– Manage and improve lead generation campaigns, measuring results.

– Manage the company’s website, online content and work with all social channels and marketing platforms to promote the services and benefits of BCN Group. 

– Drive increased demand and lead generation from website, social, content related and campaign initiatives. 

– Overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity

– Preparing online and print marketing campaigns.

– Monitor and report on effectiveness of marketing communications.

– Creating a wide range of different marketing materials.

– Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives.

– Analysing potential strategic partner relationships for company marketing.


Requirements of the role

– At least 3 years in a similar Marketing role as Marketing Manager or Marketing Lead.

– Strong analytical and project management skills.

– Confident and dynamic personality.

– Strong creative outlook.

– Proven results in business to business lead generation

– Experience working with the Technology solutions sector


– Experience of media applications, social media and tools such as Google Analytics and emailing platforms would be necessary.

– Proven experience of managing metrics such as monthly ROI campaign reports is essential 

– Attention to detail and copywriting skills will be necessary for the role

– Design, HTML and WordPress development skills would be of additional benefit to this role
