Opportunity to join a growing IT Helpdesk for an IT Service Provider with great career opportunities and company benefits and training.Perfect for those with previous IT experience and looking to expand their skills in and progress their career in a friendly and fast paced environment with a diverse involvement with all aspects of IT.


– Serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance over the phone

– Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions

– Record events and problems and their resolution in logs

– Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel

Technical Skills

– Windows Server 2008 – 2016

– Windows 7 – 10

– Mobile Devices – iOS/Android

– Office365

– SharePoint

– Microsoft Exchange

– Active Directory

– General Networking knowledge (DHCP / DNS)


– Previous 3 years IT Support Helpdesk experience expected

– Strong interest in IT

– Excellent communication skills

– Good problem-solving/troubleshooting skills

– Good organisational skills

– Ability to pick things up quickly, with a desire to learn
