Rob joined BCN in 2020 as Managing Director before becoming CEO in January 2022. Rob is responsible for driving the business’s best-in-class client offering across products, solutions, skills, and service. Rob has significant experience in the technology sector holding senior Leadership positions in, Commercial, Sales and marketing at Computacenter and UK leading Hybrid Cloud provider, Pulsant. This combination of experience and business insights is proving invaluable in supporting the Group’s continued growth.
Julian joined BCN as CFO in 2018 to support the company’s expansion strategy, bringing with him extensive operational and board level experience. Most of his career has been within the IT sector – IFS, SurfControl, Exertis, Redcentric, SysGroup and then Co-Founder of Octempo, a credit control software provider. Julian’s combination of large corporate experience and entrepreneurial drive is perfectly suited to his role at BCN.
Mark Rotheram joined BCN in 2022 as Chief Technology Officer. Mark is responsible for identifying future trends and creating BCN’s digital transformation strategies. Mark has over 20 years of experience developing and delivering IT services in the global outsourcing market at DXC Technology, where he held leadership roles spanning solution, strategy and innovation.
Vic joined BCN in 2024 as CPO. Vic is responsible for overseeing the Human Resources function and ensuring BCN is an employer of choice. Vic is a Fellow of the CIPD and has significant experience in Human Resources holding senior leadership positions in, TV, Technology, Retail & Hospitality, from boutique independents to FTSE100 businesses, as well as holding a Trustee role.
Ric joined BCN in 2019 as a territory Sales Director before becoming Group Sales Director in February 2022. Ric leads BCN’s sales and go-to-market strategy and is responsible for driving growth by offering our customer’s best in class solutions that deliver tangible business benefits. With over 25 years of experience in the technology sector, Ric has held senior positions as an IT Director in both the public and private sectors before moving to sales leadership. This experience, empathy, and insight prove invaluable in supporting our customers and our continued growth.
Simon joined BCN in 2019 as Group Operations Director, following 7 years as Operations Director at Leeds based Blue Logic Computers. Simon is responsible for the group-wide support services, Network Operations Centre, Service Delivery and Service Continuity teams across our 3 offices. Simon brings a wealth of customer service experience having worked as Head of IT for Best Western Hotels for over 15 years. This deep understanding of customer service is invaluable in driving behaviours to delight our customer base.
Matt is an experienced Non-Executive Director with 28 years’ experience working with IT service providers and consultancies. In his executive career, Matt was CTO at Severn Trent Water, CTO for Computacenter UK, CTO at Pulsant and CEO of the SAP on Azure specialist Centiq. He is now co-founder of CloudGuard, a leading Microsoft Sentinel cyber security business. Matt also has interests in ESG analytical and Renewable energy sectors.
Mark has over 35 years’ experience in the technology, consulting and business services sectors and has a strong track record of leading teams through profitable change and materially improving shareholder value. In his role as Chairman, Mark will primarily support the board to define, align and meet the business’ strategic goals over the next 4-5 years.
