In elite sport, peak performance relies on proactive care, real-time insights and continual optimisation. PEAK4 wanted to bring this elite sports science into the workplace, and approached BCN as their technology partner to help bring their vision into reality.
The rapid development of Frenkel Topping in a short time had presented several key challenges and issues for BCN to help them overcome. Their users’ technology requirements had grown accordingly in complexity and volume and they required an aligned technology stack to bring all the brands to the same technical standards.
Samuel Grant Group operates across three divisions with different workflows and data needs. With BCN unifying the IT landscape and standing up Power BI dashboards on Microsoft Fabric capacity, teams get fast, reliable access to business‑critical data, from sales and warehousing to customer service. Reporting that once took hours is now automated, field teams use Power BI Mobile for on‑the‑go insights, and leaders can spot issues proactively instead of reacting after the fact.
Alder Hey and Liverpool Heart and Chest NHS Trust needed to roll out Power BI across the joint analytics team. Our solution helped key stakeholders utilise and adopt Statistical Process Control (SPC) charts much more easily and efficiently for their monthly Integrated Performance Reports.
Due to an ineffective disaster recovery plan, P&B Foods suffered an unsophisticated malware attack, highlighting the need to transition to a new IT provider.
