Expert View

Housing associations need support to move from experimentation to strategic, ethical, and impactful AI adoption so that they can deliver the efficiency and productivity gains that AI can deliver for their staff and tenants. The associations need clear leadership, policy development, and structured implementation plans to address the issues the research raised.

HARNESSING DATA TO DRIVE POSITIVE CHANGE

BCN works with social housing providers throughout the UK, helping them to use data and AI more effectively to drive change.

We understand the breadth of data housing providers are working with, as well as the sector’s new and evolving targets. We also know that many providers are operating with archaic, disparate systems, but that the challenges remain the same, whether you have thousands of properties or 10. The key is to maximise operational efficiency and make better decisions by providing access to the right data, at the right time, to the right people.

We can help you with:

  • Strategic AI integration
  • Tailored adoption training
  • Robust data infrastructure
