How to add your EasySPC licence key using your own measures

There are several ways to enter your Licence key in EasySPC, including our JSON theme generator. Our recommended method is to create your own measures for Power BI Desktop, with the Data Analysis Expressions (DAX) formula language.

Step 1

In the Fields pane, right-click your table, or hover over the table and select More options (…).

From the menu that appears, choose new measure.

In the DAX bar, enter:

Licencee = “Your Licence Name” (often your email or Organisation Name)

Repeat this for another measure:

Licence Key = “Your Licence Name” (often your email or Organisation Name)

Step 2

In Visual > Chart settings, Click the fx (conditional formatting) button.

In the Chart settings menu, Find ‘Licencee’.

Find and select the the Licencee field.

Repeat for Licence Key.
