Episode 1 – Getting Started with AI: How to Start Safely and Smartly

AI adoption is accelerating but if not done with care, so are the risks. Shadow AI, unmanaged tools, and compliance gaps can put your business at risk.

In this first session, we shared the key steps to start safely.

Watch the recording, you’ll learn:

  • The key questions to ask before choosing any AI tool, so you pick the right one safely and confidently.
  • How to bring the right people into the conversation early to speed up adoption and avoid roadblocks.
  • Simple, secure ways to weave AI into your existing processes, without big budgets or disruption.

Episode 2 – How to Prompt AI Properly

AI is only as useful as the instructions it’s given. Vague prompts lead to poor outputs, rework, and frustration, which is where many teams get stuck.

In this session, we focused on how to prompt AI properly, using simple structures that work in real day‑to‑day roles.

Watch the recording, you’ll learn:

  • How to write prompts that actually worked, using clear, repeatable structures that reduced busywork and delivered reliable results first time.
  • Practical, real‑world examples for everyday tasks such as emails, summaries, meeting prep, research, task lists, spreadsheets, and project updates, all shown with clear before‑and‑after improvements.
  • How safe use was built into the prompting process, including how to avoid exposing data, spot risky behaviour, and apply simple checks to stay compliant.

Episode 3 – Everyday Hints and Tips Hidden in Your Work Tools

Choosing the right tools and knowing how to prompt are great starting points. But the real question is what does it actually look like on a normal working day, in the applications your team already uses.

In this session, we put M365 Copilot to work live across Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams. No theory, no slides, just real prompts and real outputs.

Watch the recording, you’ll learn:

  • How to cut through long email threads in minutes, extracting key decisions, outstanding actions, and drafting replies without reading every message.
  • How to pull together rough notes, brain dumps, and scattered documents into a structured executive summary using a single prompt, and rewrite it to sound like you.
  • How to clean up messy spreadsheet data, build charts, and answer analyst-level questions over your data without writing a single formula.
  • How to catch up on meetings you missed, find every action assigned to you, and get back into a conversation as if you were there all along.

Episode 4 – How to Automate Everyday Work: Building Your First AI Assistant

Most organisations have started experimenting with AI prompts. But what if you could turn your best prompts into AI assistants that help your team complete tasks faster and more consistently?

In this session, we demonstrated how to build your first AI agent using Microsoft 365 Copilot. No coding required. Through a series of live demos, we showed how agents can support sales, marketing, legal and operational tasks by combining clear instructions with trusted business knowledge.

Watch the recording, you’ll learn:

  • How AI agents differ from standard Copilot conversations and when they’re most useful.
  • The simple four-step framework for creating agents that deliver consistent, reliable outputs.
  • How to build practical agents for sales preparation, contract reviews and marketing content creation.
  • How to safely share agents across your organisation while maintaining control and governance.
