BCN Announces Appointment of Eirini Katsampa as Head of ERP

BCN is pleased to announce the appointment of Eirini Katsampa as the new Head of ERP. This is a pivotal role for BCN as a leading Microsoft Solutions Partner and cements our capability, success and growth within cloud based ERP solutions including Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.

Eirini joined BCN in 2023, and has since made significant contributions initially leading the Consultancy team with a focus on Customer Continuity. Eirini has now taken on the role of Head of ERP.

Overseeing Sage and Microsoft Dynamics Business Central Teams

Eirini will oversee both the Sage and Microsoft Dynamics Business Central teams. Eirini is supported by a team of exceptional Team Leaders who manage the Consultants, Developers, Products, and Sage & ERP support teams. The role of Head of ERP Systems within BCN is multifaceted and crucial for ensuring the effective and high-standard implementation of solutions for our customers. Additionally, it involves developing our ERP experts and enhancing our unique products.

Eirini’s focus is to develop and execute strategies that align with BCN’s business goals, specifically in delivering comprehensive digital transformation solutions to our customers. The aim is to continue supporting our customers’ business growth while helping our ERP experts stay up to date with the latest technology and provide outstanding services. This includes expanding BCN’s growing capabilities within Microsoft Dynamics Business Central, ensuring that we continue to deliver exceptional solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers.
