New premises strengthens commitment to local talent and community

BCN Group has announced significant investment in Leeds and has moved to larger, state of the art premises in Leeds Valley Park.

The move follows a strong period of growth for the cloud and managed services provider that currently employees over 400  IT specialists supporting its national customer base.

The new premises at Leeds Valley Park doubles BCN’s existing office space and will support the company’s plans for further growth in the area and expansion of its services.

Modern facilities for a modern workforce

BCN’s move to a larger office comes following an increase in the number of customers they support and their expanding technical capabilities across IT support and Digital Transformation. Part of a wider plan of investment into local talent acquisition and retention, the forward-thinking technology company has reiterated its commitment to supporting flexible and hybrid working, while recognising the importance of providing modern facilities and wellbeing support for on-site teams.

The Leeds Valley Park premises gives BCN’s teams access to an on-site gym, café and electric vehicle charging points, as well as providing modern open-plan office space.

New office, growing capabilities

As part of the move, BCN has announced it will be expanding key capabilities in the new Valley Park premises, including:

  • Cyber security support and incident management
  • Microsoft Power Platform, Power Automate and Power BI
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
  • Managed IT support and helpdesk
  • Server and infrastructure management
  • Disaster recovery capabilities
  • Cloud migration

Local charity benefits from furniture sale

As part of the move from Bramley Grange, BCN donated all money raised from the sale and recycling of old office furniture to local mental health and wellbeing charity Leeds Mind. A cheque for £1,000 was handed over to Sophie Westmoreland, Leeds Mind Corporate and Events Fundraiser at the official opening of the new Valley Park office on 14 April.
