    The BCN team works with you to understand how the Managed Service Bundles will fit. We do suggest that clients have Microsoft Business Premium licences and multi-factor authentication on their devices.

  • How many users are the bundles for?

    Managed Service Bundles are available to all organisations. We can tailor a bundle for anything from 10 to 500 users.

  • How much is the cost per user?

  • What is the process for logging an issue with the Support Desk?

    The BCN Support Desk has three contact channels for users to communicate through – email, telephone and a dedicated web portal. The bundles include a full onboarding service that will go through everything for you and your users.
