The flexibility of policy deployment in the cloud can lead to misconfigurations and security risks.
We mitigate this by conducting a thorough review of your environment during onboarding, ensuring that security best practices, data governance, and compliance policies are applied. Intune tags will be implemented for continuous monitoring and regular reporting on device security, configuration, and updates.
We will also perform semi-annual policy reviews in alignment with Microsoft’s best practices to prevent “policy sprawl”, “stale policies” and incorrect configuration of devices to ensure devices meet industry standards. Additionally, we will deploy the latest policies to streamline device deployment, reducing IT and end-user intervention.
Organisations using cloud management will usually have some form of application being deployed or administered through the cloud service. These applications require regular review and maintenance to ensure that they are secure.
On top of a consultation session to understand and define the applications that are required to run your business, we will also establish protection policies and create application packages, regularly reviewing and updating them to meet compliance requirements and optimize new device deployment.
Given the evolving cybersecurity landscape, many Microsoft 365 deployments are not updated to address emerging threats and security standards. As part of the Intune managed service, we will conduct semi-annual reviews of key security policies—including security baselines, antivirus, and endpoint detection—to ensure they remain current and aligned with Microsoft and IASME (Cyber Essentials) guidelines.
Intune generates vast amounts of data on device management, device status, update status, security, and compliance status which is often not used to their fullest potential. We do things differently. We will configure detailed logging and store this data in Azure Cloud Technologies Log Analytics for improved data retention and data access. From there, we will generate actionable reports to enhance the security and configuration of your estate.
As your managed service provider, we will serve as the primary point of contact for your Intune tenant support. Support requests should be submitted by your designated contacts, and we will triage, resolve, and act on change requests as outlined in the Service Schedule.
For complex issues, we will escalate to Microsoft through their advanced partner support services. Customers are also encouraged to explore end-user support packages from our Managed Services catalogue for direct employee support.
