EasySPC, a Microsoft-certified Power BI custom visual, enabled PMI to automate SPC chart creation at scale—delivering real-time insights and reducing manual effort. 

Core features include;   

• Automated data collection – generating real-time SPC charts and delivering at-a-glance insights that help PMI monitor process variation.  
• Annotations – gives PMI an added layer of context, enabling improved commentary and more insightful team meetings.  
• Spotlight –  with large amounts of charts, the Spotlight feature provides a single overview of their metrics and highlights any anomalies in real time, enabling them to identify areas where they needed to focus their attention and take action. Without delay.  

Now, all of PMI’s control charts (SPC charts) are delivered and interpreted across the business set within Power BI using EasySPC.
