Null values must be removed. A single null value in a measure (e.g., for a specific month) can prevent the entire visual from rendering correctly.
P charts require the numerator to be less than or equal to the denominator. Please check your data to ensure this condition is met.
Yes. While EasySPC is designed for time-series data, you can use observational or categorical data on the X-axis. Go to the EasySPC settings menu and change the ‘X-Axis Format’. You may also need to sort the data accordingly. The Y-axis can be formatted to display different units, such as minutes.
When using either the XmR or XbarS chart types, the Moving Range (MR) or Standard Deviation (S) charts are optional. You can enable them in the settings pane by turning on the secondary chart display.
No, only report editors can add annotations in design view. Once the report is published, viewers can see the annotations but cannot edit or add their own.

Yes, charts created with EasySPC can be exported to PowerPoint for presentations or reporting.
