The opening follows a continued period of growth for the Microsoft-first cloud and managed services provider.
Headquartered in Manchester, BCN has established offices in Leeds, Liverpool and Belfast, employing over 400 IT specialists. The new premises, set in a prominent position at on the edge of the M4, extends BCN’s existing office space and will support the company’s plans for further UK wide growth as a leading MSP and Microsoft Solutions Partner.
The offices will also provide a local touch point for the national customer base in the area. With customer excellence at the heart of the relationship between BCN and their customers, the opening of the Reading offices underpins BCN’s commitment to building strong relationships, understanding what people want, need and value, delivering valuable experience in the south.
The new office space comes following an increase in the number of customers BCN support and their expanding technical capabilities across IT support and Digital Transformation. Part of a wider plan of investment into local talent acquisition and retention in the south, the forward-thinking technology company has reiterated its commitment to supporting flexible and hybrid working, while recognising the importance of providing modern facilities and wellbeing support for on-site teams.
The modern space at Campus Reading matches BCN’s ambition to give their team access to state-of-the-art facilities that include an on-site gym, café and electric vehicle charging points, as well as providing open-plan office space.
The new premises will provide a collaboration space for colleagues across all areas of the business, with the added benefit of becoming a hub for BCN’s growing Business Applications and Development – such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
