With more than 25 years’ experience, Matt joins BCN from managed service provider CSI after successful periods in senior delivery and transformation roles at Dyson, Capita, Swiss Re and APSU.
Passionate about the customer experience, Matt brings a wealth of knowledge and insight around the delivery of complex, high-quality and cost-effective cloud solutions and services, and is ideally placed to help lead BCN through its next period of growth.
Already a leading managed service provider and recognised digital transformation specialist, BCN will continue under Matt’s stewardship, to focus on ensuring continued operational excellence and the delivery of high-quality support and digital transformation services, exceeding the expectations of its more than 1,600 customers.
Matt has a track record of driving growth through prioritising and delivering customer outcomes, his focus will be on ensuring excellence as standard to reinforce BCN’s 98% customer retention rate.
